Feasibility Study and Matchmaking of Sound Systems Company

Clear Sound Company (CSC), a newly established company producing affordable professional sound systems, was interested in selling its products abroad. BC Serdon assisted CSC in developing its product range on foreign markets. In total, 349 sound system distributors across the world (in Europe, North America and Russia) were contacted via email for distribution of CSC products. Additionally, 28 sound system producers in Europe, North America and Australia were approached regarding possibilities for outsourcing audio systems production. As a result we received responses from four distributors (two from the United States and two from Canada) and two producers (UK and Belgium). This pilot research demonstrated international interest in CSC’s product range, which encouraged the development of a full marketing strategy that would include multi-channel promotion across numerous markets. BC Serdon has continued to work with the client to implement the next phases of the project.
