Requirements:
· Perfect Bulgarian and English – written and spoken
· Personal responsibility – we expect a task to be followed until fully delivered
· Common sense – while we will provide initial introduction and ongoing advice on how to carry out your responsibilities, we will expect you to take effective decisions on your own
· Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
· Attention to detail and perfectionism

· Dedication and awareness of the importance of your work to the overall performance of the company
· Good organization and effectiveness under pressure
· Strong computer skills (office software)

· Good manners and ability to communicate with colleagues and clients politely and effectively
· Previous office experience will be a considered a plus
Responsibilities:
You will be expected to cover a range of basic administrative tasks in the office.
· Answer telephone calls and welcome visitors
· Manage office supplies
· Update electronic documents and databases
· Support internal communication – write e-mails, make calls, pass messages, etc
· Perform specific research needed for internal projects or in support of services to clients
Depending on your performance, you may be entrusted with more complex tasks to support any of your colleagues or carry out on your own.
· Word processing, entering data, developing spreadsheets, presentations and databases as required
· Content management of our corporate websites and social network presence
· Assisting in development of materials for clients
· Participating in organizing trade missions for foreign and Bulgarian companies
· Assist the team in carrying out market research
· Event management – in and out of Bulgaria
· Keeping the day-to-day communication with existing and potential customers – written, telephone, personal
· Other tasks as required and assigned

Remuneration: first month is a test period and will not be paid. Salary after that will be communicated during the initial interview.
