A subsidiary of ING Insurance was planning an expansion into the Romanian and Bulgarian markets that would require financing for offices and personnel training in both countries. A Romanian consulting company subcontracted with BC Serdon to conduct research about EU funding opportunities in Bulgaria that matched ING Insurance’s requirements. Our team identified several funding opportunities and presented them to the client.
