A Bulgarian baked-goods producer hired BC Serdon to perform market research concerning the market for bread and bakery products in the southwestern region of Bulgaria, where the company was planning to invest in a new factory. We carried out initial desk research to compile market information from different sources. The research also included a field tour in the region, where our experts met with local producers and food shop owners in order to collect information about the actual trends in production and consumption of bread and bakery products. For the final report, our team conducted a strategic planning analysis in order to assist the company’s management in finding the optimum solutions for the development of the company.
