BC Serdon was contracted by a foreign company to perform property valuation on the land in the villages of Voluyak, Lozen and Banja on the outskirts of Sofia, the town of Bankya and in the Gorski Kanton area located in Golden Sands Natural Park near Varna. The purpose was to evaluate investment opportunities in the Bulgarian real estate market and particularly in the above locations. During the preparation of this report, BC Serdon investigated the current real estate market: both the supply and demand for properties in these areas and the likely future trends in these markets. Our team collected information about price trends and infrastructure developments in the relevant regions. We organized property visits to the locations and conducted evaluation of the market price of the properties, including price forecasts for the following three to five years. All this information was synthesized to create a detailed evaluation of these properties.
