During January 2007, Shingchang Construction hired BC Serdon for market research and matchmaking. The Korean company wanted to expand its activities and take advantage of the construction boom on the Bulgarian real estate market during that time. BC Serdon assisted the company in finding suitable sites for the construction of malls and office buildings. With the support of experts from a real estate agency our team organized on-site visits to view real estate in the Sofia, Varna and Burgas regions.
