The Croatian company DP Agro was interested in importing cosmetics and food products from Bulgarian producers and selling them to local and international chains in Croatia. BC Serdon was hired to provide business matchmaking services.
Initially our team identified nearly 50 companies in the above sectors. Extensive interviews with the management of these companies whether they were interested in exporting to the Croatian market and in providing samples of their products. During the final phase, business meetings were arranged between the manager of DP Agro and representatives of twelve Bulgarian companies. Meetings took place during two consecutive visits in Bulgaria with promising results. BC Serdon is continuing the implementation of the next project phases.
