Leather Accessories Feasibility Study and Matchmaking

In 2007 BC Serdon was hired by the consultancy company One Agenda to perform a feasibility study and organize an individual matchmaking for a company in the sphere of leather accessories. The goal of the feasibility study was to give an overview of the sector, as well as to analyze the distribution channels, the key players and competition, the market potential and the regulations and restrictions. The second part of the project was to organize business meetings with potential distributors of the products in Bulgaria.
