Understanding corporate social responsibility, on Friday, April 10th the team undertook the task to improve the look and feel of its immediate environment. The team went out in the garden in front of the office building on a pleasant spring afternoon, and began work in accordance with their personal gardening expertise and capabilities. The team planted a large variety of flowers, a rye-grass carpet and several little cypress trees. Some of the flowers have been planted in such a way, that once fully grown they are intended to form a BCS inscription. Of course, the green activity also involved thorough cleaning of the yard of all the trash, and mending the pavement tiles, some of which were damaged during the winter, due to ice build-up.
Taking in mind that if every person in Sofia spares nature a couple of hours, very soon we will be living in a much nicer city.
As the afternoon was passing by, the look of the yard was visibly improving, proving that the BCS team is as effective out of the office, as it is in it. Let the pictures speak for themselves.
